Welcome to Fostering Resilience! This blog is dedicated to providing addiction recovery resources for individuals, families and counselors. You will find educational videos, articles, meditations and other tools to promote successful long-term recovery. Many of my videos and articles are also designed to help those who are working in the recovery field and looking for tools to use with their clients. My meditations and educational videos are especially popular (or so I've been told😉) with treatment centers, as a resource for their clients. This blog and my YouTube channel is a byproduct of my own personal recovery from an addiction to alcohol and as the mother of a son who has also achieved successful recovery from this debilitating disease.
